Q. Should I have you install the conference equipment or should I rent it?
A. Unless you have experience installing this kind of conference technology it is best that we install for you. Not only can we install the equipment, but we can also run it for you. Also, it looks neater to have the cables hidden and wires put away.
Q. How far will you travel for an installation?
A. The world is the limit!
A. We can install in small meeting rooms, large conference rooms, Parliament buildings; you name it. Just let us know what you’re looking for.
Q. I’m holding an event in an atypical venue. Do you think you will be able to install?
A. As all venues present challenges, we are able to adapt to specific requirements.
Q. How long will it take to install?
A. Each installation is different. Depending on the scope of the installation, it could take from a half-day to three days.
Q. Do you have special equipment for certain sectors?
A. Yes we work for a variety of domains and sectors and can find the equipment you need. For example, we have all the equipment necessary to create a live video broadcast of a surgery in a sterile environment.
